  Clean, spacious, nice toilet as they go, adequate parking. One of the smartest looking maccies I've been in but feels a bit cold and stark. Fries were only warm (though for once there was actually enough salt on), service very slow, had to wait ages even though it was quiet and there's loads of staff. Not impressed.

  Very pleasant experience regarding staff, but historically has always buckled under pressure of supplying drivethru and busy restaurant.
  There doesn't seem to be a very strong leadership that can anticipate peak demand requirements and prepare for them...As a result peak times should ideally be avoided.
  
  My visit today was an experience... Purchased "American Carolina meal in drivethru, delayed preparation (again) so had to wait 10 minutes in carpark. Couldn't open straight away as carpark was manic. So opened at tesco... Shockingly, the meal in my bag had only half the fries, and there was a bite or two out of the" stack". Took it back later when I had chance and swapped it for replacement. No offer of compensation offered.
  One thing I really hate is the automatic entrance door. It is too sensitive and allows small children to run out onto busy carpark and drivethrough traffic. If parents have there handsful this can become very stressful - trust me!
  Won't be going ever again, instead use Cannock and Burntwood instead.

  Food and service are fine. Everytime I've been here the cold drinks are ALWAYS flat and not fizzy. The flush didn't work in the Men's toilet.
